SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. 

Shipping is carried out via 1st class signed for Royal Mail delivery. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If for some reason an item is out of stock we will email you immediately. 

All orders for the UK and Europe are delivered free of charge.

For the rest of the world deliveries are £25.00 for the first pair of sandals ordered and for orders of more than one pair of sandals £10.00 for each subsequent pair. Please note shipping charges are non refundable.

For international purchase where import duties, taxes and any additional charges for custom clearances may apply, the recipient is responsible.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your order. 

If however you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange where stock is available, or a full refund within 28 days.

All returns must reach Musa London within 28 days of original delivery date.

Returns and Coronavirus 

If you have difficulty returning an order during this time, please let us know and we will be as flexible as is reasonably possible.

As we are working with a reduced team at the moment, we are unable to answer phone enquires – please email enquiries@musalondon.com for any help with orders, deliveries and returns.

We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, when we receive your return package. Sandals must be returned unworn and in perfect condition in the original packaging.

Please note delivery shipping costs where applicable are not refundable.

Please use the address provided on your returns note (included in delivery) - attach to your parcel and send to Musa London, 31 Holland Street, Kensington, London W8 4NA 

Please ask the post office/shipper for proof of postage/shipping.

All return parcels are your responsibility until they reach Musa London, please ask for proof of postage from the postal service.

Please note return shipping costs will not be refunded.
