Pricing
All the prices on our website are in British Pounds.
Contract
We must receive payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the address you provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register as we will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange delivery.
Delivery address
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. If there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the comments section of your checkout. A signature is required for all Musa London orders so please use a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the delivery.
Dispatch & Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order. Weekends and bank holidays may be slower. Shipping is carried out via 1st class signed for Royal Mail delivery. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we will email you immediately. All orders for the UK and Europe are delivered free of charge. For the rest of the world deliveries are £25.00 for the first pair of sandals ordered and for orders of more than one pair of sandals £10.00 for each subsequent pair. Please note shipping charges are non refundable.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering goods from Musa London for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Musa London, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Stock Shortages
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you immediately.
Additional styles of sandals are available in our London boutique so if you are unable to find the exact style or size of sandal you are looking for, please do email us at enquiries@musalondon.com or call the boutique on 0207 937 6282 during opening hours.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what your looking for it is your right to return products purchased online within 28 days of the delivery date for exchange* or refund.
The product(s) must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and original packaging. In these circumstances, we will exchange* or refund the purchase price minus the shipping charge where applicable (not applicable for the UK and Europe) after inspection.
*Providing there is stock available in desired style/size for exchange.
All returns must reach Musa London within 28 days of original delivery date. Please use the returns form included in your package, address is provided.
Please note return shipping costs will not be refunded.
All return parcels are your responsibility until they reach Musa London, please ask for proof of postage from the postal service.
